MEGA-K consultants draw on decades of experience in the Federal and commercial sectors, having supported dozens Federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies throughout their careers. Harvey P. Wiley Sr.,  C.E.O.

Mr. Harvey P. Wiley Sr. is the President and CEO and sole owner of MEGA-K Enterprises. He has senior level experience as a Federal Manager and senior level management experience in the consulting business. As a senior consultant and subject matter expert he has acquired technical and functional skills in the more detailed aspects of management consulting.  

His last position in the Federal Government was Chief Financial Officer for the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA), which included duties as Comptroller for Federal Crop Insurance Corporation and Comptroller for the U.S. Commodity Credit Corporation. Prior to this he held management positions in three other USDA agencies at four different geographical locations. After retiring from the Federal Government, he has held various management positions in three Management Consulting firms where he managed and also provided direct assistance to consulting teams on core projects. Major accomplishments in the consulting firms he worked for involved successfully leading and providing technical assistance to more than 15 projects. 

Major accomplishments as a Senior Level Executive, involved successful reorganization of administrative management and program management operations and centralizing processes leading to substantial costs savings and improved organizational effectiveness. His management challenges have been comprehensive, covering all areas of administrative and program management, to include strategic planning strategy, operational planning strategy, organizational structure and design, technology for business operations, and organizational behavior.
